    Please note the deposit requirement for each tour. This deposit will reserve your space for the tour. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of tours with deposit listed of less than $100, and 60 days prior to the start of tours with a deposit of more than $100. If final payment is not made by the due date, Changing Gears reserves the right to consider the reservation cancelled. For reservations made less than 60 days prior to departure, full payment for the event will be due at time of registration.
